VSM is current carrying out two training programs for service technicians:

●  M-STEP (Mitsubishi Motors Service Technician Education Program: M-STEP I, M-STEP II, and M-STEP III). The purpose of the program is to help dealers’ service technicians review, up-date new technical information and develop their basic and advanced knowledge of repairing automobile.

●  Introducing advance repair procedure and new vehicles produced by VSM.

In addition to above programs, VSM hold some technical training courses for Salesman, training course for Service Advisor (M-SAT), Foremen (M-FOT), etc.

There are two training centers located in Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi equipped with training tools and adequate teaching materials up-dated from Mitsubishi Motors regularly.

Periodically, VSM hold Service Technician Contest for all dealers network to encourage them to improve their Knowledge and skill for Customer Satisfaction. The best Technicians will be representative of VSM to attend The Asia - Oceania Service Technician contest in Japan
