1. Basic warranty items

BASIC WARRANTY ITEMS, which are every part of the New VINASTAR Vehicle other than POWER TRAIN COMPONENTS, ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS, SPECIFIC ITEMS, SPECIAL TRANSACTED ITEMS (as defined below), EXPENDABLES and LUBRICANTS (as defined below) and those items listed in ”NOT COVERED DAMAGE OR CONDITION” section below are warranted for the first 36 months or 100,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first, from when this New VINASTAR Vehicle is first delivered to original purchaser (you) as set forth on the Memorandum of Registration (hereinafter called the ”Warranty Start Date”)

Torque Converter and Drive Plate (including Ring Gear)

Transfer Case and all internal Parts

3/. For Front wheel drive-based vehicle (2 wheel drive and 4 wheel drive)

Axle Shafts and Supports (excluding Rubber Boot)

Final Drive Housing and all Internal Parts

Propeller Shaft Assembly

Universal Joints

Flange Yoke

Axle Housing and all Internal Parts

Wheel Hub

Center Bearing

SPECIFIC ITEMS, which are those parts listed below, are warranted for the first 36 months or 100,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first, from the Warranty Start Date.

Radio, Cassette Stereo, Wireless Apparatus and Air Conditioner equipped at VINA STAR’s factory

Sealed-Beam Headlamp and Halogen Lamp

Boot

Brake Rotor and Drum

Muffler and tail pipe

Transmission power-take-off, speedometer gear, cargo body and cargo cabin originally installed at VINASTAR's factory

Rust and/or corrosion other than perforation (rust through) on cab
