Common Rail Engine DI-D (Direct Injector Diesel) with Supply Pump to provide high pressure to Common Rail pipe, after that delivery to injectors. Injectors will be controlled by Engine ECU after received signal from sensors, to create Common Rail Engine operation with highest performance, reduce noise and gas emission.

Caution:
+ Recommended fuel: Diesel regulation Cetane number 45 or higher. Diesel quality will take a strong affect to the engine’s performance and durability.

+ Carry out Learing in periodical maintenance every 5.000 km, it help the injection of Common Rail engine work with best performance, reduce noise and fuel consumption, according with engine conditions. Learning procedure must be done by Vinastar’s Dealer at PDI and every 5.000 km maintenance.

Learning is a monitor operation of Engine-ECU to calculate actual injection from each cylinder based on changes in engine revolution and corrects injection control according with variantly engine conditions. It then keeps these map data as learned value. This procedure to keep emission lever, noise and fuel consumption in a ideal state.
